What is the Open Gym?

Simply put, it’s a way to come learn more about Jed’s Gym. The event is free to everyone. Newcomers can get a consultation, tour the facility and utilize the gym as a free workout during that time. Existing clients are welcome with family and friends to get a free workout as well!

Open Gyms are always free and a come-and-go basis; you are welcome to join at any time and leave when you want.

When’s the Next Open Gym?

  • Saturday, April 15 from 9 – 11 a.m.

Open Gyms will generally be held the second and fourth Saturdays of the month, but can vary. Each event will be posted onto Facebook. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for more information.

About Jed’s Gym

Jed’s Gym is a personal training facility dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. Personal trainer Jed Jobe is experienced and ACE certified.

Jed started in 2008 as a trainer at a gym in Scottsdale, AZ. In the summer of 2013, Jed opened Jed’s Gym in Mesa, and since has helped several clients make lifestyle changes.

As a former wrestler for Grand Canyon University and professional MMA cage fighter, Jed can provide the athlete and individual with they workout they need. Having also survived cancer and lost over 60 pounds in weight, Jed can connect to those looking to lose weight on a personal level, and will work with them one-on-one to create diet plans and workouts so they can achieve their goals.

“I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum, and that gives me a different look on the way I train people. It’s not just about looking good, and that’s very important, but it’s about feeling good too,” said Jed.
