About Complete Training and Fitness’s Women’s Boot Camps
Who Can Join?
Our fitness booty camp is a great fit for women at all levels in fitness. Because the exercise consists of rotating intervals, you can workout at your own pace. If you’re a woman looking to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time, then this class is for you!
What Will I Do?
You will complete a circuit with varying exercises such as squats, lunges, hip raises, leg curls, kettle balls and more. This allows you to get in a lot of work in a short amount of time at your own level and pace. Each fitness class will rotate with an emphasis on arms versus legs in order to get a full body workout.
Why Should I Join a Group Fitness Class?
We can think of several reasons to join our Fitness Booty Camp! For your sake, we’ve narrowed it down to a few:
- Workout with a small group of dedicated women
- Have a support group
- Increase intensity in your workouts to get in shape quickly
- Work at your own pace in a judgment-free zone
- Get a tailored workout from an experienced personal trainer
When are the Classes?
As of now, there is one the women’s Fitness Booty Camp is Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:15 – 10 a.m.
How Much is it?
We’re glad you asked! Here’s the pricing:
- $15 for an individual class
- $100 for 8 classes ($12.50 a class)
- $129 for 12 classes ($10.75 a class)
We will be creating more fitness classes as demand grows, so be sure to join a class and spread the word!
